Sonnental
The Quarter Sonnental is characteristic of what urban planners call the “barbecue effect”, or how life in the countryside can allow us to move less, especially for our leisure activities.
What is the point of moving to get in touch with nature when it is directly accessible everywhere around us?
Living in nature does not exclude comfort and modernity!
The 61 apartments for sale benefit from high-quality interior fittings and private gardens for the accommodation located on the ground floor. Generous balconies enhance the daily life of the accommodations located on the upper floors.
Parkings
A car park with 153 spaces located in the basement is available to residents.
24 ground-level spaces
24 spaces on the ground level for the use of visitors and the drop-off area of the Quarter Sonnental will be located to the very north-east of the site.
Bike parking
A bicycle parking lot with 368 spaces accessible from Quarter Sonnental and connected to the parking lot of buildings D, E and F is located in the heart of the quarter. Its screen-printed facade in expanded metal gives a strong identity to the pedestrian walkway that adjoins it.
Spaces accessible by ramps
The neighborhood squares between buildings B and C and between buildings E and F will be accessible by 2 ramps resting on the central avenue.
The forecourt
The forecourt was imagined by the designers of the project as a succession of stepped spaces directly related to the commercial ground floors. They are largely grassed and planted with trees.
The playground
The playground is sure to be the children's favorite space! A stepped wooden platform connected by climbing ramps. In addition, slides share the space with a sandy area to the delight of the little ones.
